Lotus Evora - which stock class

Has anyone heard what class the Evora may fall into?  I am guessing it is a good match for the newly aligned AS, but you never know.

I haven't heard anything, but here's my thinking:

I think it highly unlikely that the car will be initially classed in AS.  Even if it is a good fit for performance, I don't see any way it can start there.  Lotus has a reputation for delivering more than the numbers would indicate and the SEB will likely reflect that in their decision.  There are a lot of cheap choices in AS... why class something totally new, difficult to obtain, and presumably pricey in the class and risk scaring off the C5 non-Z06 owners that AS is trying to attract?  SS with the (ever present) option to re-evaluate during the first calendar year based on performance.

All the above is true combined with the decent torque.  I do seem to remember that the gearing really sucks for solo.  That said, probably SS for now.....
